Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff
We enjoyed our time here, especially the welcoming staff who were eager to assist. Despite some minor issues like a lack of kitchen utensils, the location made it easy for us to find nearby dining options. I'd recommend asking for extra amenities upon arrival.

Consider bringing your own cookware if you're staying in the apartment, as the kitchen is lacking essential utensils.

Clean room and friendly staff made for a pleasant stay. The shower pressure was low, which was disappointing. Went to a concert nearby. Free parking available too. Not ideal for late check-ins due to limited reception hours.

Had a great time with friends visiting the Quayside and enjoying some fun at Pelaw Grange Greyhound Stadium. The room was modern with good soundproofing, and the staff were friendly, making our stay enjoyable. Plus, there’s free parking and easy check-in. Just know that there’s no late bar or food available, but it's close to other dining options!
The only downside was the Wi-Fi not working during our stay, which was a bit frustrating when we wanted to stay connected.

Great for families with lovely dining options
The family room was spacious and comfortable, perfect after a long day of exploring the nearby Beamish Museum. We also enjoyed our meals at the Rangos restaurant, where the friendly staff made sure we were well taken care of. A bit more variety in breakfast options could enhance the overall experience.

I absolutely loved the short stroll to Chapman's Well Local Nature Reserve, where I enjoyed some peaceful walks surrounded by nature, and the close proximity to the vibrant Touchwood Cafe made for the perfect spot to refuel after my explorations.

Absolutely buzzing about the nearby Touchwood Cafe – those Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches are a game-changer! we had a cracking sleep without any noisy guests around, and the bathroom was spick and span. Plus, there's no shortage of lovely cafes and chippies for a proper bite nearby.
Unfortunately, it felt a bit dodgy with no staff on site and a bunch of rowdy partygoers showing up. The room we got wasn’t what we booked, and when I tried to get a refund, they just brushed me off, which was a real slap in the face.
